Final Grade Calculator — What Grade Do I Need on My Final Exam?
The final grade calculator helps students answer the most common end-of-semester question: what grade do I need on my final exam? The formula is: Required = (Desired − Current × (1 − FinalWeight)) ÷ FinalWeight. For example, if your current grade is 78%, the final is worth 30%, and you want an 80%, you need (80 − 78 × 0.70) ÷ 0.30 = 85.3% on the final.
