The Sign PDF tool stamps a hand-drawn or typed signature anywhere on a PDF page. It is ideal for invoices, NDAs, application forms, and consent letters where a visible signature is enough.
Pick the page and use the horizontal, vertical, and width sliders to position the signature. The horizontal slider centres the signature on the chosen percentage of the page, with 0% being the left edge and 100% the right.
This tool produces a visual signature only. For legally binding digital signatures with certificate authority (CA) backing, use a dedicated e-signature platform.
