The Image Metadata Remover strips all EXIF and hidden metadata from JPEG and PNG images. This includes GPS coordinates, camera model, lens data, timestamps, and copyright information.

What metadata is removed?

GPS location: Latitude/longitude where the photo was taken.
Device info: Make, model, and software of the camera or phone.
Timestamps: Date and time the photo was captured.
Other EXIF: Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length.

The image is re-drawn onto an HTML5 Canvas and saved as a fresh file with no metadata attached. All processing is in-browser — your image is never uploaded to a server.
