The Extract Pages tool builds a new PDF containing only the pages you specify. Use it to share a single chapter, isolate one invoice from a bundle, or save a chart from a report.
Express the selection as a comma-separated list of pages and ranges. 1,3,5-9 keeps page 1, page 3, and pages 5 through 9 inclusive — in that order. Whitespace is ignored.
Extract returns a single PDF containing just the requested pages. Splitting can produce multiple files at once. Use whichever matches your workflow — both run locally without uploading your document.
