Fill PDF Form

The Fill PDF Form tool reads form fields embedded in a PDF and shows them as a clean web form. Type your values, check the boxes, pick from dropdowns, and download the completed file.

Supported field types

• Text fields and text areas
• Check boxes
• Radio button groups
• Dropdowns and option lists

Flattening

Toggle Flatten to bake the values into the page content. The output is no longer editable, which is useful for archival or submission to systems that reject form-enabled PDFs.

If the tool reports that the PDF has no form fields, the document is a flat PDF without an interactive form layer. In that case, use a tool such as Add Signature or Add Text instead.
