Meeting Time Planner
Our Meeting Time Planner helps global teams find the best time to meet. Add up to 6 participant timezones and the tool instantly converts your proposed meeting time to each zone, color-coded by business hours.
Color Code Guide
- Green — Business Hours (9 AM–5 PM): Ideal for professional meetings.
- Yellow — Early/Late (6–8 AM or 6–8 PM): Workable for motivated teams.
- Red — Outside Hours: Nighttime or very early morning — avoid if possible.
Tips for Global Scheduling
- Use the 24-hour overlap grid to find host times that are green or yellow for all participants.
- Teams spanning Asia and Americas often have no fully green slot — aim for yellow rows.
- Consider rotating meeting times to share the inconvenience fairly.
- The IANA timezone database (used here) handles DST automatically.
