Sleep cycle stages
- Stage 1 (NREM): Light sleep, easily woken. ~5 min.
- Stage 2 (NREM): Core sleep, heart rate slows. ~25 min.
- Stage 3 (NREM): Deep sleep, hardest to wake. ~25 min.
- Stage 4 (REM): Dreaming, memory consolidation. ~25 min.
